Auxo Care Solutions LLC (“Auxo Care,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of the information provided by you as users of our Services or visitors of our website (www.AuxoCare.com, https://hc.AuxoCare.com) a platform for Home Care franchisee business management suite which can be adapted to the different franchise business in various healthcare industry, the application (the “Sites,” “Platform,” Auxo Care HC”), our mobile application (the “App”), (collectively, the “Services”) owned and controlled by Auxo Care Solutions LLC. We understand that when you use Auxo Care’s platform, you trust us to handle your data appropriately, including the personal information of you and your end-users. We understand that this is a big responsibility, and we work hard to protect your information and put you in control.
Personal Information Voluntarily Submitted to Auxo Care
If you choose to provide Auxo Care with personal information—for example, by completing a “Contact Us” form, leaving a comment, sending an email, or completing a survey—we may use that information to respond to your message and/or help us get you the information or services you requested. Submitting personal information (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) is voluntary and does not require access to information on our website. - When you use our App, we may also collect your geolocation information.
Information you provide to us
When you register or create an account in the Auxo Care platform or use a Service, you may provide us with personal information such as:
- contact information, such as name, email address, postal address, and phone number;
- payment card information (including name, card number, expiration date, and security code);
- date of birth;
- gender;
- username and password for participating third-party devices, apps, features, or services;
Sometimes, we receive information indirectly. If you ask about our products through one of our referral programs or reselling partners, they’ll pass on your contact information to us. We’ll use that information to complete your request. We’ll access your interactions and profile information if you engage with our brand on social media (for instance, liking, commenting, retweeting, mentioning, or following us). We’ll still have that information even if you remove it from the social media site later. Auxo Care Franchisee/Franchisor (Home Care providers) users may submit, store, review, and manage patient information, records, billing information, and other protected health information using our platform. This is subject to the terms of your agreement with the Home Care providers, not this privacy policy.
How We Use the Information We Obtain
We may use the personal information we obtain to:
To fulfill a contract or take steps linked to a contract: this is relevant where you register to use the platform or website (whether paid or as a free trial). This includes:
- Providing you with the Auxo Care websites and services for which you have registered and any other services or products that you have requested;
- Verifying your identity;
- Taking payments;
- gender;
- Sending you necessary communications (for example, related to payments or expiration of your subscription); and
- Providing customer service or support.

- If we merge with or are acquired by another company, sell the Auxo Care website, services, or business unit, or if another company acquires all or a substantial portion of our assets, your information will likely be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser’s advisers and will be one of the assets that are transferred to the new owner; and
- In connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory, and investigative purposes as necessary (including disclosure of information in connection with government agency requests, legal process, or litigation).
Does Auxo Care share my personal information?
We may share your personal information with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and service providers who perform our services. We do not authorize our service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. Sharing with Data Processors: We will also share your personal information with companies that help us run our business by processing personal information on behalf of Auxo Care for the above purposes. Such companies include providers of customer support services, payment processing services, fraud monitoring and prevention, email, social media, and other marketing platforms and service providers, as well as hosting services. We require these companies to protect your personal information in a way consistent with this Privacy Policy. Sharing for Fraud Prevention Purposes: We will share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Auxo Care if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, as well as to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Auxo Care, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
Is my personal information secure?
We work hard to protect your personal information. We employ administrative, technical, and physical security controls where appropriate, such as encryption and strict contractual confidentiality obligations for employees and contractors; in addition, it shall guarantee full HIPAA compliance and any data breach-related liabilities applicable as per the National and State laws. Auxo Care shall not, however, be liable for any breach arising from misuse by the software users or any outside party. Users shall also implement reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to, use of, or disclosure of the disclosing party’s Data.
Where does Auxo Care store my personal information?
Your personal information and files are stored on Auxo Care servers and the servers of companies we hire to provide us with services.

Auxo Care uses cookies to store user preferences. Cookies are also created to store session information and user settings.

IP Addresses and Logging
Auxo Care Home Care Platform extensively uses logs to help track processes in our system. These logs often record your IP address and account username. They may be kept for an indefinite amount of time.
Auxo Care Home Care Platform has automated E-mailing functionality. Auxo Care and its clients may occasionally enable this feature, sending messages they believe may interest the Individual registered on the Auxo Care platform. These E-mails may be personalized with the data submitted or calculated based on the data submitted.
Third-Party Services
Our website and services may contain links to third-party services. Access to and use of such third-party services are not governed by this policy but by their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party services. We may also use specific third-party applications and widgets to operate features of our Platform. Such applications are displayed on our platform but are hosted by the third party identified by the provider.
